***Due to the postal strike all shipments will be held until Canada Post resumes services.
If you require your order right away we can arrange shipping through UPS at the customers expense. Average shipping cost is $40. Contact us at [email protected] if you require this option.
Rise & Set is committed to processing orders promptly. We will do our best to ship items within 2-4 business days after an order is placed. (once the strike is over)
Fort McMurray area:
Drop off delivery. ($8 charge or Free for orders over $100)
- Packages will be delivered Tuesday & Thursday, mid day to early evening.
- You will receive a text once your package has been delivered.
In store pickup (Free)
- Please allow 1 day for your order to be processed.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your item is ready
- Once you are notified, your item will be available for pickup anytime during store hours.
Outside the Fort McMurray Area:
- Packages are sent through Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking once your item/s have been shipped.
Shipping in Alberta:
$0.00 - $99.99 before tax = $18.00
$100 before tax or more = we ship for free!
Alberta – 4-6 business days once shipped (aprox)
Canada Wide:
$0.00 - $99.99 before tax = $22.00
$100.00 before tax or more = we ship for free!
Canada wide – 6-10 business days once shipped (aprox)
Lost or Stolen Package
If your shipped package says delivered and you can’t find it (not always to the door, check your community mailbox if you have one), you will need to contact Canada Post with your tracking number. Rise and Set is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
You will receive a photo text (showing your package at your doorstep) as delivery confirmation for local deliveries. We notify you before making the delivery and then immediately after your order has been left at your door. If you have specific drop off instructions please notify us when placing your order. Rise and Set is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered.
Return Policy
You have 1 week to return your item/s for a full refund back to the payment method used.
After the initial week you have 2 more weeks to return your item for in-store credit or exchange (when available).
The garment must have original tags attached, be unworn with a receipt.
Sale items, accessories & undergarments are final sales.
Local YMM Customers
You must bring your items into the store within the time frame stated above to receive either a refund, exchange or store credit.
Returns will not go through until the items have been inspected at the store, once we confirm that all criteria has been met we will issue the refund, exchange or store credit.
If Store credit is issued we can keep it on file at the boutique in case you would like to make an in-store purchase.
If you wish to use your store credit for an online sale, contact [email protected] and we will Issue you a promo code for the amount to redeem online.
Once we email & issue you the promo code we are not responsible for how it is redeemed and it will no longer be on your customer account at the boutique. It is your responsibility to keep the code safe since it is the equivalent of cash. Please make note you will only be able to redeem the promo code online and not in person at the boutique.
Out of Town Customers
Contact us via email at [email protected] as soon as you know your item isn’t a LOVE. We will accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your package from us for full refund. If your request comes to us 7-14 days after you will be eligible for exchange or store credit only. We will give you further instructions once we have received your return request.
- All returns are mailed back at the customers expense to the address provided in the email.
- Your package must be in the mail heading back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. (for a Refund) or 14 days of receiving your order (For exchange when available or store credit)
- There are no returns or exchanges for sale items, accessories and undergarments
- Returns will not go through until the items have been inspected at the store, once we confirm that all criteria has been met we will issue the refund, exchange or store credit. (depending on when your initial return request email was sent & package mailed)
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless the product is damaged or the incorrect item was shipped.
Defective or Damaged Items
Contact Rise and Set within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damages prior to shipping. If we have missed something and you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund. If the item has been wash or the tagged removed we cannot offer a refund.
