    Shipping during the strike -Due to the postal strike all shipments will be held until Canada Post resumes services.

    If you require your order right away we can arrange shipping through UPS at the customers expense. Average shipping cost is $40. Contact us at [email protected] if you require this option.

    What are your store hours - We are open Tues-Wed 10am-5pm Thurs-Sat 10am-6pm & Sun 12pm-4pm

    Do you offer full refunds – Yes we do offer refunds back to your original form of payment. You have 1 week after receiving your item to return it for a full refund (please refer to Return Policy for all refund requirements). After that initial week you have 2 more weeks to return the item for store credit or exchange (when available).

    I am local (YMM), how do I return an item - Local returns must be brought back to the store for a refund.

    Do you supply a return label – Out of town returns are shipped back at the customer’s expense. COD shipments will not be accepted.

    Where do you ship from - we are located and shipping from Fort McMurray, AB, Canada.

    Do you have a local pickup or returns drop off location - Yes we do! At checkout, simply click 'pick up' under the delivery method and you will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up in store.     How long will it take to receive my order - Local deliveries happen every Tues & Thurs

    My package says delivered but I cannot find it - After checking your community mail box, please contact your local Canada Post office. We also suggest leaving a note in your community mailbox with the tracking number asking the delivery person where it is as they say it was delivered and you did not receive it. If they cannot locate it within 5 days, please feel free to reach out.

    Can I combine my orders - if your first order has not shipped we can combine orders. Use the code ADDME on your second order and it will not charge you shipping and will notify us to combine the orders. Sadly if you use ADDME without already having an order to avoid shipping costs, we will treat the order as a return and will cancel it.

    Can I combine two discount codes on my order -  Unfortunately, our system does not allow multiple discount codes to be used. If you are trying to use a credit you have and a sale discount code for the same purchase please contact the store for further assistance. [email protected]

    Do we have a points card for online sales – We do not have a system to collect points online yet. If you are local you can bring in your card and receipt into the boutique to collect your stamps up to 2 weeks after your purchase date.
